We provide custom sheet metal fabrication for a range of applications, from individual components through to production runs. Our capabilities include guillotining, press braking, welding and other fabrication processes for aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel. We are proudly certified in welding mild steel to ISO 15614-1:2017 Level 1. With skilled fabricators and modern machinery working together, we can develop practical solutions to suit your specifications, application and production requirements.

Our advanced fibre laser cutting technology provides the precision and efficiency needed for accurate sheet metal fabrication. With both 2kW and 6kW fibre lasers, we can cut and etch flat sheets of aluminium, mild steel and stainless steel to suit a variety of applications. Our 6kW laser can accommodate sheet sizes up to 1500 x 3000mm, supporting both detailed components and larger fabrication requirements. Combined with CAD programming and experienced operators, our laser cutting service delivers clean, consistent results while streamlining production and maintaining fast turnaround times.

Flue Kits

Flue Kits

With decades of experience in flue manufacturing, Foley Industries produces a range of flue systems designed for domestic heating and hot water applications. Our wood fire flue kits are tested to AS/NZS 2918:2001, supporting safe and compliant installation when correctly specified and installed. Our range includes Insert Flue Systems, Free Standing Flue Systems and Energy Saver Flue Systems, as well as flue kits for selected Rheem gas water heaters. Flue kits are available with either a Combi Flashing Cone with Spacer or a standard stainless steel Flashing Cone and Spacer setup.
